Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair glands struggles with oil and dead skin cells. Acne normally appears on your face, neck, chest, back and shoulders. Effective treatments are available, but acne can be insistent. The pimples and smashes heal slowly, and when one begins to go away, others seem to take its place.

Pressure: In some other patients, pressure from helmets, collars can aggravate acne.

Cosmetics: Usually skin blockage occurs due to some cosmetics and skin-care products. It is important to read the list of ingredients and choose those that have enough quantity of water first or second if it is related to acne. These “water-based” products are usually best for acne.

Acne signs and symptoms are differ, depends on the harshness of your condition:

• Blemishes
• Blackheads
• Small red bumps.
• Pimples
• Large, painful and hard lumps under the surface of the skin.
• Painful, pus-filled lumps under the surface of the skin.

Acne home remedies-

Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs and masks, because they irritate skin, which can make worse acne. Unnecessary washing and cleansing the face also can irritate skin, and be calm while shaving affected skin area.

Use an oil-free cream with sunscreen: Some people experience acne which usually occurs due to sun. And some acne medications tend you to risk to the sun’s rays. Consult to your pharmacist to know if your medication is one of these. If it is, keep away from the sun as much as possible. Regular use of a non-oily moisturizer that includes a sunscreen may help you in sun rays.

Lookout what affect your skin: always keep your hair away from your face. Also avoid keeping your hands or any objects, such as mobile phone, devices on your face. Tight masks or hats also can cause a problem, especially when you are sweating under the hat or helmet.

Do not scrub or crush blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scars on the face.

Baking Soda: Baking soda works as a gentle skin cleanser for your skin. It unblocks our body apertures and removes dead skin cells. It has slight anti-provocative and antiseptic properties. All these characteristics make baking soda an exceptional home remedy for clearing acne.
